The hotel is located near a train station and within a short walk to popular areas and attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great suggestions for local activities. The rooms were clean and eco-friendly, with a policy of not replacing towels and linens daily.

Although the eco-policy is commendable, housekeeping was not up to standard. We were under the impression that it would only be done on request, but even after requesting to have our bin emptied, it was still not done properly.

The hotel itself had a peaceful atmosphere, tucked away in a quiet street. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff, especially Li-san, were very helpful and quickly resolved any issues that arose. Plus, the view of the cherry blossom tree from the balcony was breathtaking.
